We try to get things right, but prices change, products are discontinued and mistakes happen. When we find an error, or a reader tells us about one, we fix it.

How to report a mistake

Use our contact page. Tell us the page address and what’s wrong. A link to the correct information helps.

What we do

  • We correct factual errors, such as wrong specifications, prices or warranty terms, as soon as we can.
  • If a correction changes a recommendation or a significant fact, we list it below.

Corrections log

  • 16 October 2026: Corrected the specifications on our NOHRD Bike review, which had listed details from a different NOHRD product, and corrected walking calorie estimates in our “How long does it take to walk 1km?” guide.
  • 16 October 2026: Corrected the JTX Zenith Rise price (now £1,199) and added notes where JTX has replaced or discontinued products we recommended (Club-Max, Cyclo-Go, Cyclo-5, Sprint-3).

  • 16 October 2026: Replaced links to retailers whose affiliate programmes had closed, and labelled all affiliate links as sponsored.
  • 16 October 2026: Updated our About page and affiliate disclosure to describe accurately who runs the site and how it’s funded.
