Autobreeze Workout Fan & Dual Water Bottle Holders

NordicTrack has implemented an AutoBreeze workout fan to their S22i model. This is an additional feature that I found to be a great advantage during my longer workouts. I was able to use the controls via the display to use the fan and keep myself cool. 

The dual water bottle holder design was another feature that made my cycling experience even better. I like being able to stay hydrated while I work out, and being able to store two water bottles meant that I didn’t have to stop and start my workouts and how the water bottle holders have been placed on the frame made them super easy to access.

Dual 2” speakers that have been integrated into the S22i are fantastic for keeping you motivated. I liked being able to listen to my favourite songs to keep me going, and it’s worth noting that the speakers have also been amplified.

What I Liked About This Exercise Bike

I liked how the S22i Commercial studio cycle features Bluetooth connectivity. This allows you to easily connect Bluetooth headphones/earphones to the bike so that you can listen to the workout instructions. This is ideal if you’re working out from home and don’t want to disturb others.

I was also impressed with how the large touchscreen display tilts and can be swivelled 360 degrees. This allows you to benefit from the vast range of workout programs that include cycling, as well as yoga, weight training, and more. These are trainer-led workouts which provide you with some guidance on cycling workouts, as well as strength training classes and more.
